UAE citizens can visit Thailand for up to 30 days visa-free under the Visa Exemption Program. Residents, however, may need a visa based on their nationality.

If you’re not eligible for visa-free entry or Visa on Arrival, a tourist visa is required. This visa typically allows a 60-day stay and is valid for 3 or 6 months.

Travelers from over 50 countries like the UK, Australia, and South Africa can visit Thailand without a visa for up to 30 days. About 20 more countries qualify for Visa on Arrival. Others must apply in advance.

 

GCC nationals may be able to use their Emirates ID, but a No Objection Certificate or guarantee may also be required.
