Step 1: Start Your Application
Begin by downloading the official visa application form. Fill it out carefully with accurate details, print two copies, and sign both at the end. Submit the completed form along with the required documents based on your visa type.

Step 2: Book Your Appointment at the Visa Center
After completing your application, schedule an appointment at the visa application center. This visit will include biometric data collection—your fingerprints and photograph.
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment letter.

Step 3: Pay the Visa Fee
Visa fees must be paid at the visa application center during your appointment. You can pay using cash, debit, or credit card. Print your application form and take it with you for submission and payment on the day of your appointment.

Step 4: Submit Your Application
Visit the visa application center on your scheduled date. Carry all required documents, including the printed and signed application form, passport, photos, itinerary, accommodation proof, financial documents, and insurance.

Step 5: Wait for a Decision
Once your application is submitted, you’ll be notified via email when a decision has been made. For added convenience, you can also opt-in for SMS updates to track your application status.
Alternatively, you may check the progress online using your surname and the reference number found on the receipt issued by the visa center.

Step 6: Collect Your Passport
After your visa decision is finalized, you can either collect your passport in person from the visa application center or request courier delivery (for an extra fee).
