We kindly request that our guests adhere to the smaller charter flight rules and regulations regarding baggage limitations when flying throughout East Africa. This does not apply to your International, Regional or Domestic flights with commercial airlines.

Due to the nature of charter and shuttle flight services, aircraft are smaller than typical airliners and therefore have much smaller luggage holds.

Need to Know
Luggage is restricted to 15 kg per person (which includes hand luggage) on charter and schedule flights. Luggage allowance is strictly enforced for safety reasons.

Bags should be soft-sided, flexible bags.

Bags with a solid frame do not constitute ‘soft bags’.

Bags MUST be completely flexible to facilitate being stowed in the ‘belly pod’ luggage compartment of the light inter-camp transfer aircraft.

By not adhering to these luggage requirements, travellers stand to cause delays and incur additional costs to themselves.

This 15 kg includes both hand luggage and travel luggage.

  • 3 nights accommodation on all inclusive basis.
  • Welcome drink. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the Palm Restaurant.
  • Themed nights including African Dinner are served during the week. Soft drinks, fruit juices, tea, coffee and mineral, local beer, house wine, water served at the Hibiscus Pool bar from 10:00 to 24:00 and at the Onda Beach Bar from 10:00 to 18:30. Cocktails and selected spirits served from 12:00 to 24:00. Snacks offered throughout the day at the Hibiscus Pool bar. Onda Restaurant serves buffet lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and set menu for dinner from 20:00 to 21:30 with reservations.
  • Stocked mini bar in the room with soft drinks, water and local beer on request.
  • Wi-Fi internet in public areas, on the beach and in all rooms.
  • Sun beds at the pool and on the beach.
  • Daily beach towels service.
