2. Optional Extras

Hot Air Balloon Safari in Masai Mara: USD 480 per person.
Visit to Masai Village in Masai Mara: USD 25 per person.
Flight from Masai Mara to Nairobi: USD 255 per person (15 kg baggage allowance).
Pre/Post tour accommodation at Nairobi Serena Hotel: USD 280 per person (single/double, B&B).
Airport transfers in Nairobi: USD 30 per person.

3. Pricing & Payment Notes

Prices are based on a minimum of 2 travelers.
Rates are in USD and subject to change without notice.
Children under 12 sharing with 2 adults: 65% of adult rate (2 adults + 1 child (<12): child = 65% of adult rate).
Child sharing with 1 adult: adult pays full per person rate + Single Supplement; child pays 65% of the sharing rate (1 adult + 1 child (<12): child = 65% of sharing rate; adult = sharing rate + single supplement).
Park fees are current and may increase.
Bed night levy in Mara (USD 60–80 per person per day) not included.
Additional park fees apply for extra game drives in Masai Mara.
Water with meals not included.
Kenya ETA visa is not included in the package. If required, an additional fee of USD 40 per person will apply.
Payments via international credit cards may incur a 3.5% fee (5% on AMEX).
Refunds: Credit notes for future bookings; cash refunds subject to service fees and bank charges.

4. Safari Vehicle & Luggage

All safari vehicles are non-AC with open roofs for an immersive experience.
Limited luggage space; soft duffle bags are recommended.
Domestic flights have a strict baggage allowance of 15 kg in soft bags.

5. Tips

Recommended tip for driver/guide: USD 7–10 per person per day.

6. Health & Visa Requirements

Tourist visas to Kenya were abolished as of 01 Jan 2024; Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) is mandatory.
Indian nationals require a Yellow Fever certificate to enter Kenya.
All travelers to Tanzania via Kenya (including transit) require a Yellow Fever vaccination/certificate.

7. Safety & Payment Security

Do not pay into any account other than the official one.
Contact the company immediately if requested to pay to a different account.
Booking House is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts.

8. Cancellation & Reduction Policy

60–46 days before accommodation: 30% of total cost.
45–36 days before accommodation: 60% of total cost.
35 days before accommodation to no-show: 100% of total cost.
